What is a blog?

According to Wikipedia "A blog is a website where entries are made in journal style and displayed in a reverse chronological order."
It is commonly accepted that Justin Hall, a journalist, was one of the earliest Bloggers. In his college years (1994) he started an online journal.
  • The term is a composite of the two words web and log .
  • A blog is often a commentary on a particular subject.
  • Most blogs are text but some have image, audio and video
  • The term blog was coined by Peter Merhoz in 1999.
